Our youth justice system should be focused on prevention and rehabilitation rather than punishment and incarceration. This legislative session the ACLU of Oregon is lobbying for an extremely important bill that would reform sentencing guidelines for Oregon's youth.
The Oregon Legislature designated March 28 of each year as Minoru Yasui Day. Join ACLU of Oregon members and other community partners to honor and celebrate civil rights champion Minoru Yasui.
