Efforts to seek and support diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible educational experiences for students are legal, and the recent federal actions don’t change that.  

Students in Oregon have the right to use school facilities such as restrooms, locker rooms, and showers in a manner consistent with their gender identity.
